Does Andrew Tate own a private jet? Not that any record we could find shows. What is documented is a series of private flights in 2025, including a Gulfstream G550 that took him and his brother Tristan from Bucharest to Florida in February. That aircraft was reportedly owned by a Chicago company, not by him.

On the legal side, Reuters reported on April 6, 2026 that a Bucharest court had lifted all judicial control measures against Andrew and Tristan Tate, who remain under criminal investigation in Romania, have not been sent to trial and deny all wrongdoing. This page is about the aircraft, not the cases, and it says only what reporting and records show.

The short answer

Not established. The Gulfstream G550 that flew the Tate brothers out of Bucharest in February 2025 was reportedly owned by Woods Management LLC of Chicago, per a tracking report cited by OCCRP, and that link to the brothers was not officially confirmed. We found no FAA record of a jet registered to Andrew Tate.

Does Andrew Tate Own a Private Jet?

The short version is that the evidence points to chartered or borrowed flights, not to ownership. That is not proof of absence. Aircraft owners often register through LLCs and trusts, so a registry search by name cannot show everything. Our searches of the FAA registry by owner name on November 6, 2026 for “TATE ANDREW” returned two light piston planes, an Aero Commander 112 and a Cessna 172F, registered to a private individual of the same name. We have no evidence they belong to the media personality, and we do not treat them as his. We do not print their registration numbers for that reason.

February 2025: Bucharest to Florida by Gulfstream G550

The best-documented flight is the one in late February 2025. Romanian authorities had lifted the brothers’ travel ban, and OCCRP reported that they left Bucharest on a Gulfstream G550 bound for Florida. Flight tracking cited in that report showed the aircraft had flown into Romania from Oman and arrived at about 3 a.m. local time. The Romanian aviation outlet BoardingPass reported that the jet departed from Bucharest’s Baneasa airport shortly after 6 a.m. The Guardian reported a landing in Florida at around 11 a.m. local time, and the brothers were reported to have arrived at Fort Lauderdale.

Reports differed on the flight duration. OCCRP estimated about 10 hours, while BoardingPass gave an estimate of about 12 hours. We cannot reconcile those, and we do not state one as fact.

The ownership detail comes from the tracking report. It said the Gulfstream was owned by Woods Management LLC, a company based in Chicago, and that it had not been officially confirmed to be carrying the brothers. No source we read establishes who chartered the aircraft or who paid for the flight. So the Woods Management link is a registration or tracking record, not a finding that Tate owned or leased the jet.

“Tate Force One” and the $185,000 Claim: What He Said vs What Records Show

Two of the claims that circulate online come from Tate himself, not from records.

The $185,000 post. In March 2025, as he and Tristan flew back to Romania, Tate posted on X that he was “spending $185,000 on a private jet across the Atlantic to sign one single piece of paper in Romania,” adding “Innocent men don’t run. They clear their name in court.” RTE reported the post on March 21, 2025. The figure is his own claim as reported. We found no independent verification of the cost.

“Tate Force One.” In April 2025, Tate posted a video of a jet captioned “taking off,” and the name “Tate Force One” circulated with it. Romanian outlets reported that he and Tristan met prosecutors and then left Bucharest by private jet for Dubai. A video of a jet does not establish who owns it. Ownership of that aircraft is not established by anything we found.

What the records support is simple: several private flights, at least one on a Gulfstream G550, and no document in our sources that places ownership with Andrew Tate.

The Gulfstream G550 and What a Flight Like That Costs

The G550 is a large-cabin, long-range jet built by Gulfstream. Aviation Week’s G550 overview cites a range of 6,700 nautical miles in an operator-survey quote, gives 19 as the maximum passenger count per the FAA type certificate data sheet, and says Gulfstream states the cabin can sleep up to eight. We do not quote a used price. For the longest-range aircraft in the world, see our guide to the longest range private jets.

A transatlantic trip on a jet like this is not cheap. We do not quote a figure for the Tate flights because the only price in the record is his own claim. For how charter pricing works, see our private jet charter cost guide, and for what it takes to own and run a large jet, read about the cost of owning a private jet.

How We Checked

We searched the FAA aircraft registry on November 6, 2026 by owner name for “TATE ANDREW,” and read the press reports of the February and March 2025 flights from OCCRP, the Guardian, Irish Times and Romanian outlets. We did not use live flight tracking or any rumor. Aircraft are often registered to LLCs and trusts, so the absence of a record under his name does not prove he has never owned a jet.

Frequently Asked Questions

What jet does Andrew Tate own?
No record we found shows that he owns a jet. The Gulfstream G550 that flew him out of Bucharest in February 2025 was reportedly owned by Woods Management LLC of Chicago, per a tracking report cited by OCCRP, and that was not officially confirmed to have carried the brothers.
What is the name of Andrew Tate's private jet?
The name "Tate Force One" came from his own social media post in April 2025, which showed a video of a jet. It is not a registered name or a confirmed aircraft of his, and no source we read establishes who owns that jet.
How much is Andrew Tate's private jet?
There is no confirmed price because ownership is not established. Tate said in March 2025 that he spent $185,000 on a private jet to cross the Atlantic. That is his own claim as reported, with no independent verification, and it describes one flight, not a purchase.
